Okay I looove this look. The heels are adorable and make the look if you ask me. I loove the skirt too with the anchors on it. the shirt is so sweet and classic and the scarf on her head pulls it all together. Not to mention the glasses she has hanging on her shirt adds the most perfect, adorable touch to the whole outfit, even just sitting on her shirt.
